This was my fifth quilt. I made it for my step-dad, Dick.
He loves fishing. Each fish represents a member of our
family. At the very top are two bass kissing, representing
Mom and Dick. Together they have 8 kids, who all have
kids. The fish patterns were taken from actual pictures of
bass, goggle eye, and perch. I did the quilting to try to
mimic waves. The second row from the bottom represents
me and Jurgen and our four kids.
